Stephanie K. Benecchi Named “New Leader of the Bar” By New Jersey Law Journal

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Stephanie K. Benecchi has been named a “New Leader of the Bar” by the New Jersey Law Journal. Stephanie will be recognized at the 2021 New Jersey Legal Awards in September, which honors those lawyers who have left an indelible mark on the legal community in New Jersey and beyond through their unwavering dedication to the profession.

Benecchi is a partner in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department, where her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including class action defense, as well as white collar defense and government investigations. She has experience with litigation matters at all stages, from pre-suit investigations through resolution and settlement. Her class action defense work has focused on defending consumer fraud litigation based on product label statements. She has represented senior executives in the healthcare industry in conjunction with government investigations and has experience with investigations focusing on labeling and monitoring of medical devices as well as pharmaceutical sales practices.

Benecchi received her J.D. degree from Fordham University and her B.A. degree from Columbia University.
