Two Center City tenants lease new offices in market

Two firms have signed leases that take them out of their longtime Center City offices into new locations.

Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, a law firm, signed a 16-year lease at 1735 Market St. in Philadelphia and will relocate from 123 S. Broad St., where it has been for the two decades. It will occupy 67,000 square feet on three floors and will also have another 8,000 square feet of space in the building for its administrative operations.
