Jeremy Mishkin tackles this and other issues and

Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP partner Jeremy D. Mishkin was a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s presentation of Internet Law Update 2011. In a segment entitled “Online Communications Law,” Mishkin discussed Internet libel standards, new claims for new technologies, social networking, and the legal complications present with these technologies.
Mishkin is the chairman of Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department and served as the firm’s managing partner for 7 years. Mishkin’s practice is national in scope and focuses on information technology, complex commercial claims and First Amendment/media law. He represents software, hardware and consulting firms – as well as other businesses and individuals – in litigation and alternate dispute resolution proceedings involving privacy, defamation and obscenity issues.
Mishkin writes and speaks frequently on a variety of topics relating to the Internet, email, cybersquatting and privacy on the Web, as well as defamation, censorship and the First Amendment.
