Ethan Hougah Appointed Trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce Ethan Hougah has been appointed as a Trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey (AFBNJ), the pre-eminent Bar Association for federal court practitioners in the District of New Jersey.

The AFBNJ is the voice of the federal bar in New Jersey, with distinguished judges, attorneys from the private bar, and federal law enforcement attorneys as members. The Trustees help set policy and guide operations for the Association, which serves as a resource for the Court and provides opportunities for federal practitioners to interface with federal judges and the Court on issues of mutual interest. Members come from private practice, government agencies, military branches, law schools and the judiciary.

Ethan is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation.  Ethan regularly represents domestic and foreign companies in products liability, maritime, and a wide variety of commercial disputes pending in federal and state courts. Ethan also represents private individuals and entities in white collar and government investigations, as well as fiduciary litigation.

Ethan received his juris doctor from Boston College Law School and graduated with honors from Rutgers University.
