Montgomery McCracken attorney Dylan Henry will present at this year’s Sports Concussion Conference hosted by the American Academy of Neurology (AAN). His session, “Concussions, CTE, and the Law,” will focus on the personal and institutional liability considerations health care providers face and must balance when making decisions regarding concussion care, both on the sideline and in the office.
