PBI’s Estate Law Institute – Tips for Estate Planners, Estate Administration and Fiduciary Litigators

Montgomery McCracken partner Howard Vigderman will be a speaker at PBI’s Estate Law Institute in Philadelphia on November 14, 2017. He  will be presenting on the program “Conflicts, Conflicts, Conflicts – Tips for Estate Planners, Estate Administrators and Fiduciary Litigators.” The panel will discuss the conflicts and potential conflicts of interest that can arise in estate planning and administration out of intrafamily and family business relationships as well as fiduciary litigation matters, including will contests, guardianships, and the Account and Audit process.
