Overview
Howard Vigderman is chair of Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Holding an LL.M. in Taxation, Howard focuses on trusts and estates, transfer tax planning, and business entity compliance matters, including the Corporate Transparency Act and the New York LLC Transparency Act.
Howard is immediate past chair of the Legislative Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Law Section and a former chair of the Association’s Public Service Committee.

Howard received his B.A. in English from Haverford College and he received his J.D. from the National Law Center of George Washington University, with honors. While in law school, Howard was a member of the staff of The Journal of International Law and Economics. He was awarded an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Law School.
