Ross Fox and Dylan Henry to Present on Litigation and AI

On June 23, 2026, Partners Ross Fox and Dylan Henry, along with John Puszcz, General Counsel and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development of CP Engineers, will be presenting at ACC Greater Philadelphia’s Litigation CLE Webinar. Their presentation, “Litigation in the Age of AI: Guidance for GCs and Their Teams”, will help in-house lawyers understand how AI is being used in litigation, where the risks are, and how to create practical guardrails for internal teams and outside counsel. Topics include confidentiality, privilege, hallucinated legal authority, discovery, billing, court disclosures, vendor controls, and outside counsel guidelines. The program will include real-world examples of AI misuse by lawyers and practical tips for implementing AI without creating unnecessary litigation or ethics risk.
