Types : Press Releases
Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Keir Bradford-Grey has been appointed to the City of Philadelphia’s (“the City”) MOVE victims’ investigatory team. Keir will lead an investigation to answer many questions posed around the MOVE victims.
The investigation, which is expected to last six months, will also examine policies and procedures within the Medical Examiner’s Office and why remains were given to second-party institutions. As such, the City’s investigation will be working in coordination with The University of Pennsylvania and Princeton University for further insight. The investigation will defer to the previous commission’s report of the bombings.
Findings from the investigation will aid in the creation of new policies and procedures using a racial equity lens.
