Montgomery McCracken Adds Associate Brett M. Waldron in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Brett M. Waldron has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Brett has experience drafting briefs, pleadings and motions in state and federal court. He has also worked on commercial litigation matters, medical malpractice cases and various issues in the fields of labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Brett clerked for the Honorable Harris L Hartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also clerked for the Honorable Edward G. Smith of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to entering the public sector, Brett was an associate for a law firm in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Brett received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in May 2013. He was a member of the Public Interest Law Journal and an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar. Brett received his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in Government, with distinction in all subjects, from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences in May 2010. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and received the Janice N. and Milton J. Esman Undergraduate Prize.
