Montgomery McCracken Adds Edward J. Heffernan in Philadelphia Office

Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP is excited to announce that Edward J. Heffernan has joined the firm as of counsel, resident in the Philadelphia office. Edward will serve as a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.
Edward concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, with a particular focus on the consumer financial services industry. He represents financial institutions, lenders, and service providers in a wide range of disputes, including contract claims, business torts, regulatory matters, and class actions. Edward’s practice includes substantial experience in restrictive covenant litigation and the defense of employers against a broad range of workplace claims, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and defamation.
Before entering the legal profession, Ed worked as a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licensed representative for a national mutual fund company. Edward earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Temple University.
