WILMINGTON, DE – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Gregory T. Donilon has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Business Department and a member of the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice. He focuses his practice on business restructuring, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, as well as commercial litigation. Greg has extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings and represents corporate debtors, official and ad hoc committees, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, asset purchasers, lease and contract parties, trustees and other parties in interest. Additionally, he represents clients in commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Greg served as a partner at a Wilmington, Delaware law firm where he represented companies from a wide range of industries and financial situations in bankruptcy and litigation matters.
Greg received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law where he was a Senior Editor of the American University Law Review. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
