Montgomery McCracken Elects Two New Partners

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Brett Waldron and Kaspar Kielland have been elected to the firm’s partnership. Waldron, located in the firm’s Philadelphia office, and Kielland, located in the firm’s New York office, were associates.

Waldron is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. He has experience handling an array of commercial, employment, and civil rights disputes across a variety of industries. He has litigated constitutional claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, federal and state statutory claims, and claims arising under the common law. He has represented clients in numerous appellate matters and in all phases of trial-court litigation. Waldron earned his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law.

Kielland is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Business Department and a member of the firm’s Maritime and Transportation Industry Group. He handles various aspects of maritime, admiralty and transportation litigation, including defense of cargo claims, personal injury claims, air cargo lawsuits, insurance claims, commercial claims, maritime attachment proceedings and collection of unpaid freight. Kielland earned his J.D. degree from University of Genoa School of Law.
