Montgomery McCracken Welcomes Five Associates

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of five associates to the firm’s Philadelphia office. Patrick C. Cullen, Dylan F. Henry, Brandon Matsnev, Kimberly L. Sachs and Brianna Vinci have joined the Litigation Department.
Patrick focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has wide variety of experience in antitrust, consumer protection, product liability, and class action litigation in federal and state courts around the country. Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Patrick was an associate at a Philadelphia law firm.
Dylan focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, fraudulent transfers, successor liability, partnership dissolution, professional malpractice and employment practices. He also counsels clients in their efforts to comply with employment law and other legal obligations. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Dylan was an associate at a regional law firm.
Brandon recently graduated, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Brandon was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Kim recently graduated, magna cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Kim was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and a Legal Extern in the Villanova University Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.
Brianna recently graduated, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Brianna was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Marilyn Heffley in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
