Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Michele M. Fox, New Jersey Superior Court Judge (Ret.), has joined the firm’s Litigation Department as Senior Counsel in the Cherry Hill office. Michele brings invaluable experience to the firm’s mediation practice.
Michele will focus on the firm’s mediation practice, drawing upon her extensive judicial and mediation experience to help clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively. She will also serve as a mentor to Montgomery McCracken attorneys, providing guidance on dispute resolution strategies, effective trial techniques and civil litigation practice.
Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Michele presided over cases in the Family, Civil, and Criminal Divisions during her distinguished 13-year judicial career on the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County, to which she was appointed in November 2006.
Prior to her judicial appointment, Michele had an extensive civil litigation and ADR practice with several prominent law firms.
Michele earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and her law degree from Rutgers Law School. She also previously served as an Adjunct Professor of ADR at the Law School.
