Michele M. Fox, Superior Court Judge (Ret.) serves as senior counsel in Montgomery McCracken's Litigation Department. She maintains her mediation practice while serving as an invaluable resource to the firm's clients by providing them with counseling and strategic advice.

In addition to counseling the firm's clients, Michele acts as a mentor to Montgomery McCracken attorneys by advising them on a wide variety of topics, including effective pre-trial and trial techniques, dispute resolution strategies, and civil litigation practice.

Michele has presided over numerous civil jury and bench trials, as well as criminal matters, throughout her distinguished 13-year judicial career on the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.

She has served as a Special Master appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey for pending civil litigation and has extensive experience as an arbitrator and mediator, including service on the American Arbitration Association's National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators, as a Federal Arbitrator, and as a Mediator in the New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Mediation Program.

Prior to her appointment to the bench, Michele built a distinguished career in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution at prominent law firms, including Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, Pepper Hamilton LLP, and Kenney & Kearney LLP. Her practice emphasized employment and commercial litigation, with significant trial, arbitration, and mediation experience in both state and federal courts. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, she is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Michele has been widely recognized for her professional contributions, receiving the Professional Lawyer of the Year Award from the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association in 2004, and the Hon. Peter J. Devine, Jr. Award in 2005. She served as President of the Camden County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Foundation, and currently serves as a Trustee for the Camden County Bar Foundation. Michele has lectured extensively and authored publications on topics including mediation, employment law, alternative dispute resolution, and civil trial practice for the Judiciary, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association. She also served as an Adjunct Professor of Alternative Dispute Resolution at Rutgers Law School.
