Jeanne L. Bakker, partner at Montgomery McCracken, was a panelist for a participant fee disclosure seminar sponsored by The Catanella Institutional Consulting Group and UBS Financial Services Inc. on May 17, 2012. Bakker discussed what every plan sponsor needs to know to be full prepared for participant fee disclosure in 2012.

In her employee benefits and executive compensation practice, she applies her extensive ERISA experience as ERISA counselor and ERISA litigator.  She advises national and international employers on qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, and executive incentive plans and represents insured and self-insured employers and providers in ERISA fiduciary duty matters; benefit claims for qualified and non-qualified retirement benefits and welfare benefits; and, benefit discrimination disputes.
