Montgomery McCracken Adds Ethan Hougah As Litigation Associate in New Jersey

CHERRY HILL–Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Ethan Hougah has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department in Cherry Hill. He will focus his practice on commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Hougah was an associate with Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., where his practice focused on financial lines (D&O, E&O, Fidelity Bond) insurance coverage litigation. He also worked on several commercial litigation matters, including the successful opposition of a preliminary injunction against a global software company. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen M. Williams and the Honorable Steven C. Mannion of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable David W. Morgan of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division.
Hougah is a 2010 graduate of Boston College Law School, and received his B.A., with honors, from Rutgers University in 2005.
