Montgomery McCracken partners Michael L. Epstein and Timothy F. Kennedy were the featured speakers at the 2012 Health Insurance Reform Symposium, a program sponsored by AmeriHealth and Brown and Brown Insurance.  The symposium was held on the campus of Burlington County Community College and was attended by many of South Jersey’s largest employers.

Kennedy and Epstein are members of the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice.  Kennedy represents private, public, for-profit, tax-exempt, and government employers with respect to both retirement and health and welfare matters and related taxation issues.

Epstein counsels plan sponsors, administrators, and plan fiduciaries on a daily basis regarding the requirements imposed by the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA.  His practice focuses on tax-qualified retirements plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation.
