Montgomery McCracken Welcomes Two Associates to Its Philadelphia Office

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of two associates to the firm’s Philadelphia office. Antonio G. Bonanni has joined the Business Department and Jacob A. Sand has joined the Litigation Department.
Bonanni focuses on general corporate matters and has experience drafting formation and governance documents and representing clients in state and federal court. Bonanni earned his J.D. degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, with a Business and Entrepreneurship Concentration. He was a Staff Member of the Drexel Law Review, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Drexel Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, competed for the Transactional Law Team, and was President of the Justinian Society.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Antonio was an associate at two Pennsylvania law firms and a judicial intern for the Honorable Pamela Dembe in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas -Commerce Division.
Sand focuses his practice on representing clients in state and federal courts, where he has extensive experience protecting trade secrets, enforcing restrictive covenants, and resolving complex commercial disputes. Sand also counsels clients on regulatory and compliance matters, including internal investigations related to data privacy and cybersecurity. Sand earned his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Sand was a Counsel at a regional law firm and an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
