Jacqualyn L. Gillen

Associate

Jacqualyn L. Gillen is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. Jacqualyn focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation matters.

Jacqualyn’s unique background in the corporate world enhances her approach to litigation by giving her a deep understanding of the business and operational dynamics her clients face. This understanding allows Jacqualyn to help businesses grow and develop while anticipating potential legal challenges early and guiding clients through disputes. Whether its drafting business formation documents, advising on employment contracts and non-compete agreements (with employers seeking to protect proprietary assets and individuals or companies accused of violating such agreements), or helping businesses recover unpaid debts – Jacqualyn’s approach is rooted in a commitment to her clients' long-term success, blending her corporate experience with her litigation expertise to offer practical, results-driven solutions.

Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Jacqualyn was an associate at Goldman Sachs where she administered trusts, estates, and other fiduciary accounts for high-net-worth clients of Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management. Before entering private practice, Jacqualyn was a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey and a legal extern for the Delaware Department of Justice.

Jacqualyn earned her J.D. degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law School of Law where she was the Editor-in-Chief of The Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Jacqualyn earned both her M.P.A degree and B.A. degree from the University of Vermont.
