Biography
Kathleen M. Murphy is an experienced associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex litigation matters and has experience in a range of general liability claims as well as real estate litigation.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Katie was an associate at a national law firm. Katie also served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau of the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she investigated and prosecuted a range of crimes including homicides, gang-motivated violence, sexual assaults and firearms trafficking.
