Steven Maniloff focuses on general commercial litigation with a special emphasis on life, health and disability insurance litigation.
Since joining Montgomery McCracken in 1988, Steven has represented several major national insurance companies in connection with a wide range of substantive litigation matters, including breach of contract, ERISA, fraud, rescission, interpleader and bankruptcy matters.
Steven's general commercial litigation practice includes the representation of clients ranging from startup companies to multi-national conglomerates in various contract and business tort matters.
Steven has substantial jury trial and arbitration experience in both federal and state court in Pennsylvania.
Steven received his law degree, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 1988. He graduated from Penn State University, with distinction, in 1985.
