Tara Hessenthaler
Associate
Tara Hessenthaler is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on higher education matters, specifically Title IX investigations and advising, as well as sexual misconduct liability issues. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Tara served as a 2022 and 2023 summer associate at the firm.
Tara earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor and Staff Writer of the Villanova Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Government and English from Franklin & Marshall College, where she was a member of the Women’s Soccer Team.
