Tara Hessenthaler is an associate in Montgomery McCracken’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on complex litigation matters involving commercial disputes, employment-related issues, and products liability. Additionally, Tara's practice encompasses trade secret misappropriation and restrictive covenant cases. She also handles higher education investigations, including Title IX investigations and advising, as well as sexual misconduct liability issues. Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Tara served as a summer associate at the firm in 2022 and 2023.
Tara earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor and Staff Writer of the Villanova Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Government and English from Franklin & Marshall College, where she was a member of the Women’s Soccer Team.
