Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce the addition of Benjamin Goldman to the firm’s Philadelphia office. Goldman has joined the Litigation Department as of counsel.
Goldman focuses his practice on complex litigation in state and federal courts around the country, with a particular focus on multijurisdictional products liability matters, toxic torts, and consumer protection issues.
Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Goldman was an associate at a large personal injury and medical malpractice law firm. Prior to that, he established himself with a solo criminal defense practice for over ten years.
Goldman earned his J.D. degree from University of Michigan Law School. Prior to law school, Goldman attended University of Pennsylvania.
