Benjamin Goldman

Of Counsel

Benjamin Goldman is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on complex litigation in state and federal courts around the country, with a particular focus on multijurisdictional products liability matters, toxic torts, and consumer protection issues.

Before joining Montgomery McCracken, Benjamin was an associate at a large personal injury and medical malpractice law firm. Prior to that, Benjamin established himself with a solo criminal defense practice for over ten years.

Benjamin received his J.D. from the University of Michigan. After becoming an attorney, he pursued and earned an M.A. in political science from the University of Michigan. He earned his B.A. in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
