Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Justin Stone has been elected to the firm’s partnership. Stone, located in the firm’s New York office, served as of counsel.

Stone focuses his practice on complex litigation including antitrust, patent, bankruptcy, securities, financial disputes, and appellate work in both state and federal courts. He graduated from Cornell University and earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He further enhanced his legal expertise with an LL.M. in Law and Economics from George Mason University School of Law.
