Montgomery McCracken Further Strengthens its Litigation Department with Addition of Former Burlington County Prosecutor Scott A. Coffina

Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP is proud to announce the return of Scott A. Coffina to the firm following a storied career in public service. Coffina will serve as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and White Collar and Government Investigations Practice.

“Scott has served at the highest levels of public leadership,” said Steve Pachman, the firm’s Managing Partner. “The depth and breadth of his experience are unparalleled. Scott has served as a federal prosecutor, deputy chief counsel to the Governor, associate counsel to the President of the United States, and most recently as the Prosecutor of Burlington County, New Jersey. We are thrilled to welcome him home.”

Prior to his latest stint of public service, Coffina was a partner at Montgomery McCracken for over ten years. Coffina’s practice focuses on representing corporate, university, and individual clients in government enforcement actions, internal investigations, litigation, crisis management, and political-legal controversies. He draws on his extensive prosecution experience to advise clients in both the private and public sectors facing criminal and civil allegations of fraud and other misconduct.

Coffina received his J.D from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He graduated with a B.A. from Cornell University.
