PHILADELPHIA, PA – Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that The Legal Intelligencer selected the firm’s Class Action Defense Group as its 2018 Litigation Department of the Year in the Class Action category for mid-sized firms. The group was noted for its work on behalf of many leading companies, including Microsoft, Verifone, and ExxonMobil.
The Legal Intelligencer publishes The Litigation Department of the Year Series annually. This year is the first time they honored small or midsize firms in this category. A group of editors from The Legal focused exclusively on submissions from firms with fewer than 200 lawyers.
