Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Kendra Baisinger, Matteo Bonuzzi, Robert E. Day, Joseph P. McCool, and Leah A. Tedford have been elected to the firm’s partnership. Baisinger, located in the firm’s Philadelphia office, served as of counsel. Day, McCool, and Tedford, all located in the firm’s Philadelphia office, and Bonuzzi, located in the firm’s New York office, were associates.

Baisinger focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. She earned her J.D. degree from University of Wisconsin School of Law.
Bonuzzi is a member of the firm’s Maritime and Transportation Group. He graduated from the Universitá Degli Studi di Genova and earned his Master of Law degree from New York University School of Law.
Day has significant experience litigating high-stakes claims and complex legal issues in state and federal courts around the country, with a particular focus on class action defense. He earned his J.D. degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
McCool focuses his practice on white collar and government investigations. He earned his J.D. degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
Tedford focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including consumer protection, data breach, contract, and corporate malfeasance cases, including in the class action context. She earned her J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.
