Montgomery McCracken Elects Four New Partners

Montgomery McCracken is pleased to announce that Michael J. Duffy, Carson B. Morris, Stefania A. Rosca, and Kimberly L. Sachs have been elected to the firm’s partnership. Morris, located in the firm’s Philadelphia office, served as of counsel. Duffy and Sachs, located in the firm’s Philadelphia office, and Rosca, located in the firm’s Wilmington office, were associates.

Duffy focuses his practice on general corporate matters, with a concentration on government contracting, intellectual property, finance, consulting, employment, real estate, and corporate governance. He earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law.

Morris has an extensive background representing clients in criminal and regulatory investigations, trials, and appeals, as well as an array of other proceedings involving allegations of misconduct, including whistleblower accusations, insurance claims, and attorney disciplinary matters, among others. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Rosca focuses her practice on business litigation involving contract disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, alternative dispute resolution, as well as employment, white collar, and international law. She received her J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She also received an LL.M. for Foreign Trained Lawyers from Temple University Beasley School of Law as well as an LL.M. in Public Administration and Juvenile Rights Protection from Dragan University in Romania.

Sachs focuses her practice on catastrophic sports injury defense and other complex litigation matters involving commercial disputes, products liability, and intellectual property. She earned her J.D. degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
