Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP is excited to announce that Ross A. Fox has joined the firm as a partner, resident in the New York office. Ross will serve as a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Ross concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation in the areas of construction, real estate, and franchise disputes. He routinely navigates critical and sensitive issues for clients such as partnership disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants, bid-protests, and franchisor-franchisee conflicts.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Ross practiced at regional law firms where he built a strong record as a trial lawyer. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Carolyn A. Murray, J.S.C. (ret.). Ross earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation, and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Montclair State University.
